Stay warm this winter with wool made from Icelandic Sheep!

All of our hats are knitted by our family and created using the wool from our sheep here in New Hampshire. Each hat is 100% wool! 

We chose to use Icelandic Wool due to the unique properties that make it a natural barrier from wet and cold weather! Icelandic Wool contains two types of hair known as tog and þel.  The outer layer, tog is composed of coarse, long hair that provides water resistance to the sheep. The þel is the inner layer of shorter hair that keeps the sheep warm in the harsh weather conditions of Iceland. When combined you get a beautiful wool material that is the best of both fibers and perfect for staying dry and warm!
