This soap is made with high quality ingredients and has really saved my skin. I was having thyroid problems which was making my skin incredibly dry and raw, putting any kind of lotion on made my skin burn. I've been using the soap and skin balm for a while and my hands feel normal again. I love all the different soaps, but frankincense is a great healing resin for skin.
