This policy covers the mobile game Sheep Happens (the "Game"), published by Scalise Family Sheep Farm LLC of Wilton, New Hampshire ("we", "us"). It does not cover our online store at scalisefamilysheepfarm.com, which is governed by the store's own privacy policy, or any of our other apps.

The short version

Sheep Happens does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising networks, and no analytics. Everything the Game remembers about you stays on your own device.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising ID, or any other personal or device information. The Game does not ask for any device permissions.

Information stored on your device

The Game saves your progress — completed levels, high scores, star ratings, unlocked rewards, and your sound and control settings — in local storage on your device. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Game.

Video clips

The Game can record short clips of your own gameplay so you can save or share them. These clips are created and stored on your device. We never receive them, and nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share it yourself using your device's own sharing tools — at which point your chosen app's privacy policy applies.

Discount codes

The Game rewards players with discount codes for our farm store. When you claim a reward, the Game may contact our server to generate a single-use code. That request contains no information about you or your device — it asks for a code and receives a code back. We do not log, store, or receive anything that identifies you, and redeeming a code is entirely optional.

If you choose to use a code at our online store, the purchase is handled by our store and its privacy policy, not by this one.

Advertising

The Game contains no third-party advertising and no advertising SDKs. Any ad-styled panels you see inside the Game are artwork for our own farm products. Nothing tracks you across apps or websites.

Children

Sheep Happens is suitable for a general audience. Because the Game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 13, and there is no mechanism in the Game by which a child could provide personal information to us.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not have any. The Game is distributed through the Google Play Store, and Google collects its own information about installs and purchases under Google's Privacy Policy. That is between you and Google; we have no access to your personal data through it.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. The data on your device is under your control and can be deleted as described above. If you would like confirmation of this in writing, contact us and we will provide it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, advertising, accounts, or anything else that changes what the Game handles, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released. Continued use of a new version after such a change means the updated policy applies.
